Liz Huppert
Having originally graduated in ceramics at Bath Academy of Art in 1989 I was persuaded by a friend to join a local stained glass course. I was hooked! Since then I have sold my work at festivals and craft fayres around the country and am now based in Worcestershire. Mostly working in the Tiffany/copperfoil technique I have created a range of small suncathchers and larger panels based on the countryside around me .Each panel is embellished with wirework, sandblasting plus more glass pieces to create a 3D effect . I also teach a term-time course,occassional saturday workshops and a summer school in stained glass at South Worcestershire College [ www.sworcs.ac.uk]
